Travel photo viewer & storage

It occurs to me that there should be a tablet style photo viewer that can be plugged directly to a DSLR (or CF card reader) purely to view and evaluate raw images whilst travelling ie. without the need of a laptop.
Ideally this kit would be ultra light, have a screen size of about 9x5 and have 16Gb+ storage.
Does anyone know of such a beast ?

Hi Paul,thanks for that and yes from a quick look it could fit the bill, and more...I will admit now that I hadn't done my homework very well.
Now all I need is to find an iPad for about £50 and I will be very happy.

Not exactly a tablet but I use a Jobo GigaView unit which works well. You can add keywords too.

I find a netbook ideal, pretty small, loads of disk space and the fuctionality of a pc (email/internet etc)
