Travel camera bag suggestions

No doubt like many of you, I've never managed to find the perfect bag and despite havunh about 4 camera bags so far to cover most situations, I'm now after a bag I can use for travel!

I'm after a backpack that will happily house the following and be airline hand luggage compatable!

1 pro size DSLR
70-200 2.8
24-70 2.8
17-40
Perhaps one more lens if i ever convince myself I don't need them all...
Speedlight
Usual spare batteries/accessories
13" laptop
Space for A4 documents folder
Can strap a tripod to (manfrotto befree)
Ideally it would be handy to have additional room for a few items of clothing
Will look inconspicuous but be fairly weather resistant as it will get used and abused all over the world!

Does anyone have any practical experience of a bag that ticks all the boxes?!

The think tank airport range as mentioned above should have something for that. The thing you might need to check is not the size but the weight restriction (including the weight of the bag of course as they are usually between 1.5-3.5 kgs on their own which some carriers put a restriction of 7kg per bag leaving you with 3.5kgs of kit.
