Transform in CS4

How do I transform a rectangle to a rhombus in CS4 I need to UNitalic some text in a photograph?

Select the area you want to transform, Now select "Free Transform" ( cmd+t) and you'll see the free transform box appear.

Now if you grab the handles at the top of the selection, hold down the cmd key you can now drag each corner independently of the others. Repeat until shape is as you want it. Double click to fix.
