Yes, haven't laughed so much in ages - we DEFINITELY have to do that again............... I mean, it's not every night I get to do coke and come home with wet knickers is it? :lol: :lol:
 
Last night was very good, Can't wait for the next one

I think any future curry events which are not held by us Southerners (or northerners who live down south) have got a lot to live up to.

Nah, Glo - Paul (Grendel) and myself did bring our cams along, but other than a couple of shots, they didn't really get used - too busy enjoying ourselves for any of that malarky!

You missed a really good night (and there was even a spare place setting at the table too!) but any Midlands/Northern curry night has got a lot to live up to... ;)
 
Awww I wish I could have made it chaps (and lady :)) Sound like you had a great time.

If there is one nearer me, I promise to be there with brass nobs on. (And bells and whistles)..lol

I have to ask though...coke...damp patch...wet knickers? Come on you have to share the story...lol

I'm gonna have a look at the pics I took and see if any are worth posting - not optimistic though, was at ISO1600 at around 1/10 - 1/20th but we'll see. I was laughing too much to hold the camera still most of the evening :D

Just when you all arrange to meet make sure you know who each other is, after all you would feel a little daft standing within 10ft of each other and not knowing who you are supposed to be meeting....
 
As my Dad's health is terribly precarious at the moment, I'm going to decline from trying to arrange a Midlands meet.............anyone want to take it on? I'll try to keep in touch from time to time, to see what's happening.

My damp patch dried up nicely, thanks for asking. I'm seeing a bit of a pattern going on here though. I've just returned from the Dorset meet (and I was the only girl :( ) where I also got very wet!
