was wondering if anyone fancied this

Venue 1 SCUNTHORPE

would be around 80 people max per day

could do 2 seperate events if required if we get enough

this is more of intrest thread at the moment before i start to organize it

its normally £10 deposit £35 in total inc deposit the other £25 you pay for on the day

if you do have your own gun it is 2000 paintballs and only £30 for the day (BARGAIN) and £10 per 500 balls after this is a diffrent deal if you dont have your own gun


100 paintballs per game all kit included the place im thinking is scunthorpe top side way this is by far one of the best and friendliest places i have played

i can tell ya a bloody southerner lol i couldnt work that out for a minute :lol::lol:

its mid country im sure if we get a few from darn sarf you could hitch a ride

would be a sunday and a all day one too

will be a great oppertunity to shoot fellow tp'er's and also MOD'S if i can convince them to come also body armour can be provided if needed for the wimp's :lol:
 
If you plan it for a while in the future i will have a lookie at train times and hotels and all that jazz -

Will have to bring Liam though - hes not a photographer but hes a fine flasher and i think would be a helpful addition to paintballing!

Would be cool to do a meet too along with it - maybe do some photography things THEN get covered in paint (mixing the two wouldnt work i dont think)

Never been to Scunthorpe :) Could be exciting :)

you can do both big big lens lol jsut wear a big yellow vest and you generally wont get hit more the merrier

when would be best for you i will get a load of dates together and then get the most convinient

the problem is it becomes expensive on paint we need to find one that accomodates everyone

300 paintballs for the organizer that sucks big time its normally 1000 round my way

the reason i said scunthorpe orginally is because everyone who brings there own gun get 2000 paintballs inc for £30 and all others get 100 per round so attack 100 defend 100 we need to find some where the same as this
 
I know an ideal site down near Milton Keynes, being our team sponsors, but me thinks that doesnt really meet your requirements geographically. They'll allow own gunners and rec ballers to mix fairly and safely and I'm sure Paul would do a good deal for the organiser.

£30 for 2000 paint inc of green fee sounds a bit cheap. Normally pay something like £45 to £55 inc of 2000 paint. Is your pricing level right? If so it is a good price.
 
i'd be up for a bit of paintball fun but all the way over there :eek:

Even I'd need a new passport to go there !

thats what i thought before i went

then when we got there 2 bags of 1000 paintballs were dropped in out hands
so you work that one out lol

so the question is if we say looked at milton keynes

1. what is the members going to get if we go to your home ground i dont mind traveling with 2 other players to make u for the fuel cost
aslong as that we get a good deal that other members can afford and me lol
i seem to use up to 4000 balls a day

2. how many people can they supply with quipment
 
Best if you contact Paul direct using the contact details on the website. If your happy with the facilities and the pricing level generally and it looks like a goer, then let me know and I'll have a chat with Paul and see if he can better the deal. If your an own gunner he allows BYO paint so you can be fussy about what you bring as long as you dont bring marb, all star pro, evil as the fill is a bit too gooey and can stain his coveralls.

Oh, and EVERY brand of paint I've come across from training to rec to woodsball to tourney comes in bags of 500.. :geek: :D

I would be up for this, depending on when it is.
Take over my new house 4 days before chrimbo, removals arrive day later, so if its after xmas I'm in, got the whole of Jan off (and I'll be up in hull at some point too, to pick up my dog from the outlaws)
 
Sweet, I'll be firmly settled hopefully have most weekends free too!
 
I'll be living in Church Crookham (near aldershot) but can travel upwards, if near Hull I can drop the wife and son at the in-laws, if not then I can take 3 other southerners
 
yeah thats cool, although I may travel to both, wife allowing!
