TP 52'ers Class of 2016 Discussion thread Week 52 we made it! time to celebrate /( celebrations)

Tried to be clever and put my new photos in the deleted post, got in a right pickle. The Linky refuses to work, I keep getting a message This action is available via post only but the https works, for this week only could you Cobra help, I mean I rarely ask:help: why other people don't get in a pickle, its only me:(

Thanks for the sort out, I still have two pairs of pears up but I suppose they will drift away. :confused:I not going to try and get rid of one post, I could bring the site to its knee's.:)

I really have no idea what you are seeing, there is a pair of pears on the post your image here,
there is a pair of pears on your thread, the link goes to your thread..
I'm lost :thinking:
 
Post no. 1603 and 1634 are my pears in pairs, got it, in the post your images thread.:p

Try logging off and clearing the cashe / cookies, this should happen automatically.
then log back in again, and tell me if you are still seeing the same weird stuff.
Failing that, try getting a better class of "hemp" ;)
 
I'm most dreadfully sorry, got the numbers mixed up, 1630 and 1634, think I need a lie down:D least its keeping you on your toes, you'll need a lie down after this:)and the two pairs are still there.

I now know what I want to do for my personal project, its the 52's, 0 to 25. How can I do it without messing up my page of photos. I thought I could start at 0 and follow the themes in order. Perhaps I could start the thread in personal projects and leave the photos there. Then if I manage to do all 25, stitch them together, somehow. A sort of catch up, also its nice to go for a walk with a different lens, because I do see lots of things to photo but never have the right lens. I have something old in mind already.

Easiest thing would probably be to start a new thread, either in here or in the personal project sub forum.
You're not using flickr, but you might find it really handy to start, that way you can have all your online photos stored, and thenjust use links to display them in your threads (so you can then easily move them about).
 
I do have a Flickr account, I'm just thinking where best to open a new thread. As it will be a catch up would it be a linky back to my main thread.
 
Hey thanks all ... I'm not leaving for a couple more days yet, current busy with stuff but in the holiday mood, taking my little G7X might get some Lisbon tram pics for @sirch 's Trains thread. A tram is a train of sorts isn't it? So happy hols/staycations/whatever everybody.

Six weeks in Cyprus! Pah! the longest holiday I've had so far was Portugal 2001-2006. Got to escape this rat race from time to time. :wave:

Not warmer climes (necessarily, but you never know ;) ), but Snowdonia will do for me. :-)

Its gone a bit chilly here but its dry with sunny spells. If you would like to pop in for a coffee you would be most welcome.

I'm semi-retired now and been kind of forced into early retirement, just a few years short of official age by the collapse of oil price from $120 a barrel in 2014 to $45 today. Estimate 120,00 oil sector job losses by year end BBC News

Still doing part time consultancy work but working from home. I've an apartment in Cyprus where I hope to spend more time there. In fact I just got a call today about two small design jobs I can work on while I'm there.

Well as duty accounts for half (approx) 58p / litre so half of 58 (its 116p in places) 26.5p
at worst it should be 84.5p / litre , I'll look forward to the new price in the morning :D
 
I'm having a holiday from a holiday here in Londres with the odd fortnightly break back home is where the heart is in Lisboa. :p
