Now THAT is how to take control of a Tour. Awesome!
Typically good article from Eurosport's cycling blogger Blazing Saddles.

Froome in trouble already![]()
He's not placed too badly. And there are still 3 Cat 1 climbs to come. No point in going flat out yet.
The solution, Eurosport on the TV or Eurosport Player on your computer or mobile device.[/I]
Would help if he had some team mates around him though
Some of us don't have Eurosport unfortunately.
Even without having digital TV, I'd recommend getting Eurosport Player for mobile devices. It's good!

Ouch! I wouldn't be surprised if we see Cavendish thrown off Le Tour for that!
I thought that at first, from the front view, but then above the chap sits up, goes right, and the goes right again into Cavendish's way. Then the lean is to not get pushed sideways.
They could judge it anyway though.
let get down to the important issue.
What time will I need to get to the woodhouse pass next year for a good spot
just as well it wasn't a french rider cav. bumped then![]()
I just read Cav had Urine thrown over him during the stage today, Disgusting!
He can do it in the Mountains, and in the Time Trial. Everything a contender needs to do. Froome did excellent today. He can do it in the Mountains, and in the Time Trial. Everything a contender needs to do.

Reminds me of that other fellow, what was his name? American guy...![]()
Greg something or other, wasn't it... can't remember any other american tour winner.

Do you guys think the TV companies have a responsibility to show an anti-doping stance by not working with ex-dopers? I've always found it unpalatable that Eurosport works with Sean Kelly and Richard Virenque. Out here, TVE uses Pedro Delgado. All of whom carry a stench of doping with them.
I would have the zero tolerance stance that Sky seem to take.
That they seem to take NOW.....

Have Sky not always had that attitude?
After the history of the sport, you can only hope that attitudes have changed for all the teams now.
On the commentary today. 'Cavendish is ahead and never gets beaten from this position. Kittel wins!'![]()
Cav was very Lucky to get away with the crash incident without some kind of sanction but that is now in the past.. I think a more pressing question is that Kittel keeps winning and looking more and more confident
is there a changing of the guard at the top of the sprinting tree

A very good program on TV last night about Cavendish. Didn't realise it was 2 hours, but it kept me watching.I've found him to be a very moody person in races and some interviews. I don't think this programme changed my view of him, but it was a great insight into his life. Looked like he has a bit of OCD, which no one came out and said.
