I saw footage of vigil elsewhere and there’s were several BLM and Ban the Police banners getting camera shot, were there’sa protest the professional troublemakers will be out too, isn’t always the way that whenever someone is accused of being over the top there are cameras at the ready, coincidence?
Police are human too, one bad apple circumvents the testing and they all suffer, selection process’s are not infallible, we cannot blame them all for the actions of this guy.

They were sold off (not by him, I think) unused. They would have been bad for most protests. It did cross my mind that they could be effective in the current COVID circumstances dispersing revellers and the like .
