We have it but personally I prefere Noiseware pro. I did a comparrison of several noise reduction softwares a little while ago and noiseware came out top with my images. Topaz is popular though.
I use Topaz and occasionally Nik Dfine... both are pretty decent although I've no reason to disagree with Wayne about Noiseware, it may well be the best of the 'conventional' NR plugins.
For important images that justify a bit more time and work though, I use another approach... PRIME noise reduction in DX0 OpticsPro... They claim a one stop improvement over the best of the rest. A valid claim I reckon. There are drawbacks though, notably it only works on RAW files and each image takes several minutes to process (apparently there's a LOT of maths involved in their approach) They say that 'For each pixel, more than a thousand neighboring pixels are analyzed'... hardly surprising it takes a long time!! Worth considering if ultimate quality is important. More info here:
