Topaz Denoise 6

Just download it and it will find its own way into photoshop, will also leave a desktop icon as a stand alone.

Installed straight away into the Photoshop CC programme for me :)
Not many camera profiles at all for Nikon though!

I had to do it manually by following a tutorial on their site--must have downloaded the wrong version or something at first then...

Just checked the Nikon profiles on my download and counted 29.

is it worth the money, at the offer price - or can you do the same in LR and PS?

I tried the old version, OK it is quick and easy to use, but as with all NR it reduces the detail

where is the compromise between detail and noise?

I have been using Denoise 5 and find it useful ... I have downloaded a trial of 6 but the jury's out on whether it's any better ATM.

This is the question that occurred to me, I too have received the offer or the new version and was wondering about buying it. I also intend to move from Lightroom 4 to 6 and was wondering if the Noise reduction had improved between the 2 versions of Lightroom?

Installed directly into PS Elements too
