Topaz denoise 5

I use it, works very well and is easy to use with the presets taking care of most noise very well
 
I'd try some comparisons with NoiseWare before you buy. It really is very good!

Either that, or go for Lightroom 3. The built-in noise reduction in that is excellent now. It's what I use 90% of the time.

I currently use Noise Ninja and am fairly happy with it but I have seen a few recommendation's from very good photographers suggest that Topaze denoise 5 is the best NR software yet. I have just downloaded a 30day free trial to see how it goes.

I did some comparrisons a while back and posted the results on here somewhere. I found noiseware about the best of the bunch.
