I just sent off my broken modo tripod and two days later even though I didn't have a receipt and only expecting a repair I was sent out a brand new replacement tripod.

Excellent service and I know where I will be getting all my tripods from in the future :)

Well done Manfrotto for restoring my faith in customer service :thumbs: :clap:
 
I emailed them regarding the rain cover for a 3N1-30 - My name sake emailed me back 5 days later & was so apologetic that he couldn't have replied sooner as he was on jury service.. Asked me for my address & said that he would send me the rain cover FOC... Arrived a couple of days later...

So totally in agreement in with you here for Manfrotto CS - fantastic :thumbs:
