Saturday I noticed the clip on the chest strap on my Lowepro 400 AW had snapped!
Phoned up Monday morning,Tuesday morning complete new chest strap through the door completely free of charge!
In my book that's first class customer service!!

for Daymen (Lowepro distributors). I purchased a used Lowepro shoulder bag but the stability strap was missing. I asked Daymen if it was possible to purchase a new one and they sent me one for free!
