It depends.
(1) What is the light like?
(2) What aperture are you using?
(3) What shutter speed are you using so that unwanted camera or subject motion is not a problem?
(4) What is the final out put size of your images (eg; large prints or web use)?
(5) Are you shooting RAW?
(6) Are you using, possibly selectively, noise reduction?
Keeping all of the above in mind the lowest ISO possible.
However if need be I will be at near maximum ISO.
