A few years ago, one of the Ramones was DJing near where we were staying. Billed as the Cretan Hop!

Would have loved to have seen them live but sadly never got the chance.

They were a huge influence on the music of the late '70s.

lots of my floor tom work is down to direct influence of Ramones, it kicks you in the gut. absolutely one of my fave bands of all time
