It's not always cost effective to ship out prints in postal tubes. However, once again Royal Mail have proven that, a stiff cardbacked envelope isn't sufficient :(

It came in perfect nick this time and is the same as my first winning photo I got through.

Sadly yes :(

He's currently out the office (in Egypt) and didn't let me know! I don't want to pass to someone else as I want consistency on the judging for the final prizes etc.

However, this months theme is:

The beach :D
 
I uploaded my beach entry to the faces competeion. Can you ignore it or has it not come through.

Well will i be able to upload it?

PS - we had 40 entries for the Faces competition!! Which is brilliant guys :)
 
^^^ In that case as I entered mine yesterday mines probably in the wong category as well. Should be able to spot it thought, it's a beach not a face :)
 
Yeah - all entries came in are placed into the Beaches folder anyway due to the timestamp :)

The Faces competition has closed and any entries for it will be discarded :)

Sorted the competition entry area too.

Damn - rather lowers my chances of ever winning anything...

Slightly off topic, but since my prints from Lee arrived just a few days ago, several have sold (the ones printed by photobox have not sold at all..)

Also on same different note, with current reports of Photobox inadaquecies, I think I will be joining Lees ever increasing list of print customers - got a batch waiting now, time to get them done :thumbs:

few of my friends got images done at photobox for there end of year shows, everyone has had to have them reprinted.

Cherryrig - while I have never had the pleasure of meeting LadyLens, I feel the pleasure of joining her at the back of a queue might be worth more than winning any competition...

LadyLens - never believe a man who says he loves you (I love you LL) or who says he'll wait for you at the back of the queue... (But thanks !) and congratulations to Wayne and Les.
Also, to Lee for holding the competition and for getting a judge who clearly is very good (I got third place last month too!)
