Well I have asked many questions up until this point, and in 30 minutes I will set off to do my first wedding!! :cuckoo:

I have noticed many people on here are also doing there first this year, so I will post my thoughts and feelings about this in the next couple of days (and some photos too! :thumbs: so everyone has an up-to-date reference of the first time!

Thank you everyone who has answered any questions I asked or got in touch with me!!

OK so im back!!!! Was a VERY LONG day, as I was also a guest, I finished the photographs at the first dance and then consumed alcohol!!!! :)

I will do a proper write up probably tonight or tomorrow, but I have a massive amount of respect for you guys who do this week in week out!!!


Many thanks for all your words of support. My initial reaction to the photos on the LCD screen is that they are safe, but not exceptional WOW factor photos. Im more than happy with safe!!! :)

First major edit done, this little man (child of the happy couple) really stole the show :D

not sure if you want crit or no at this stage, but if you're editing I'd crop this tighter to make up for the fact you chopped his feet off

looks like it was incredibly bright too so well done again

I'll always take some crit, only way I will improve! :thumbs:

Yes agreed with crop, however it seems Ive done that with a lot of photos, will have to monitor the editing, great point spotted thank you.

Sun was incredibly harsh, had fill flash when needed, but yesterday was a scorcher and difficult. Great for the couple, hell for me lol
