Quit your whining and have a dram! I'm outraged that you're all outraged and its causing me to break open my finest bottle on a work night... Thank you :)

What is your "finest" bottle, because I may become more outraged than you if I know that it is better than my "finest" bottle.:rage:

You're not sharing your finest?

Yeh, kinda went a bit nuts  Haven't been to bed yet and working at 10am out in the hills. Think I'll leave the rifle at home today and just help carry stuff :ROFLMAO:

Glenfiddich 18yr old, lovely stuff...but in moderation. It may not be THE finest, but it is for me. I don't think I'll be spending £65 on it again though.

I'm outraged you should suggest Glenfiddich
21 year old Teeling, or perhaps a 25 year old Bunnahabhain if you like a little peat.

Id probably cause more outrage by adding pepsi max to it.

Which are also both very nice (y). I'll just buy what's about at the time to be honest. I like all whiskey :D

Tried the Glenfiddich Solera 15 yo yet? Last time I had that it was rather good. Avoid the 15 yo distillery edition though. Way too harsh.

Probably have at some point. I just buy what's about at the time. It's been a while since I bought Glenfiddich but I'll give that one a try (y)

I'm outraged you'd consider any of the fine malts mentioned to be "whiskey".. if you spend £65 a bottle I would be outraged if you weren't discerning enough to understand the difference between whisky and whiskey.. ..

Auto correct on my phone

I am wondering, as a moderator, exactly how much chaos I could cause if I merged all the outrage threads? Would everyone be outraged, furious, steaming, incensed, affronted, indignant, resentful.... :D

Is that wondering in an "angel on one shoulder/devil on the other" kind of way?

If you don't, can you make me a mod for five minutes to cause chaos?

Actually I am NOT outraged.

Because for once, the sun is shining here at Folkestone. Yes, it's actually not raining for a change! What strange sorcery could be causing this?!

it'd be like googling "google"

:runaway:

There is only one thing worse than googling 'google'

A link would be good. ;)

Err, walk into Booths supermarket and have a look around is generally the way, luckily for me my wife walks past one near where she works so pops in often :D

Booths supermarket? Never heard of them let alone seen one.

Looks like they're only in the north of England, so I'll not be wandering in anytime soon. ;)

Northern? Heaven forfend, no wonder everythings still thruppence ha'penny in t'supermarket by eckerslike.

Tea hey, I'm equally discerning. Got some beautiful Oolong tea from the hill tribe people of Thailand and some nice Dilmah from the hills of Sri Lanka

...whats wrong with British tea?
