I think this is better considered as two separate control systems, one for the shutter and the other for the lights. I have stacked a wireless shutter remote on top of a wireless trigger for studio strobes, in my case a Hama DCCS remote trigger on top of a Ojecoco H430 TX, it worked perfectly with no channel interference and avoided disturbing the camera for macro shots. The YN 622 TX doesn't have a top mounting but the YN622C transceiver does so I can't see any reason why this would not work without any apparent delay. The 622 TX could be used with the shutter remote velcroed to the tripod if necessary. I'll try it next time I do a macro shoot using the Yongnuos, which I also own.
