Tmobile users on pay as you go

Ok i wasted an hour earlier today trying to speak to someone at Tmobile customer service. When i phone them i get an automated machine with lots of options to select and none of them are related to the question i want to ask and none point to the option to speak to someone.

My sister has a contract phone with Tmobile and she is saying with her phone she has an option to speak to someone but i cant find that option as i am on pay as you go.

Does anyone with a pay as you go Tmobile phone know how to speak to someone at customer support?
 
there was a website shown on the gadget show before which when you press a certain combo of keys when ringing up a company and you get straight through to a real human!
 
Have you tried dialling 150 it's in there somewhere
 
I know with O2 if you don't press any buttons they automatically transfer you to an adviser, at least last time I had an issue they did :) give that a go maybe.

There is always the "I'm thinking of leaving" option, i find that gets a very short wait before your call is picked up. although PAYG may not have this option in hind sight

Yup, I always go with the Im thinking of leaving, or "Id like to give you money"

They always get picked up
