You know those little model railway figures like these?

Where can I get so quality ones. Not the naff they are selling on ebay, 50 for 2p kind. I'm looking for better ones for macro photography.

I've bought a few Faller figures, I don't know if they were from Gaugemaster or not - but they are a reputable business. You can also get the Faller figures on Amazon and eBay - once you know you want "Faller" it's easier to find them.

Faller also do some... "interesting"... model railway figures ;)

It's amazing what you can get. I had no idea the amount of stuff you can buy. I seen the figures on ebay but the quality looked like they had been put through fire and then given to a dog to chew :D
 
If you wanted larger figures as something different, you could try Pepper 7 which my memory tells me is run by a TP member...

That was a long time ago, they were imported from the US, but supply became very unreliable sadly.
 
Another place for odd,small, scenic details is 4d, http://modelshop.co.uk/ they're more architectural details than modelling scenics.
 
Went done to Chatham outlet center this afternoon to get something and was told there is a shop down there called Regal Models. My goodness, what a place for anyone into trains, scalextrics, model planes/cars. They sell everything. It was an Aladdin's cave of a place.
I bought one little set of Civil Engineers for £7.50. Still will be buying some more from the links provided. I've seen so great little figures I'm after (y)
