Hi folks,

Got some timelapsing gear and in between all the rain managed this-

Looking forward to getting out again when the rain clears. Any thoughts or tips in the meantime though? Also any questions, feel free to ask.

Verdict: time laps is conclusive…
well planned, smooth running and constant. Rendering
the images to proper DRL should be included… though
I understand this was not in the scope of the test.

Thanks for the comments.

What's DRL? I feel I should know, or do know, but it's been a long day and I'm drawing a blank haha

Nice.. great rolling clouds, but a tad bright and the sky is getting blown out. Could you tweak the images in lightroom (pull back highlights) then compile again?

Ta. Didn't do any editing from memory just put together to see how the movement looked. Not sure if still got the originals but will take a look when get time.

I can't help but think it's a little slow. Have you tried dropping every other frame and see what it's like at x2 the speed?

the movement is spot on, although the clouds are blown out. It's a game of trials and errors. I suggest shooting the same location few times with different settings, you will see yourself which one you like the most.

Yeah been a couple of times but sadly not had much time lately. Lighter nights and decent weather should help though.
