Just a very big thumbs up to Neewer.
About a month ago I bought a Neewer TT560 flash gun and it developed a fault, the diffuser came out and I could not refit it.I emailed them and they agreed to replace the flash after inspection. I have today received the replacement which is the TT680 model, an upgrade. I also noticed that on the front of the user instructions it says "thank you for purchasing this Godox TT680" flash gun, which surprised me, I did not know that Neewer was in fact Godox.
