Managed to lose my rain cover for my ThinkTank airport roller case.

I sent a message to Thinktank in the USA explaining my stupidity and whether or not it was possible to buy a replacement.

They are kindly sending me a new one free of charge from the USA.

I note I've not had a message back from ThinkTank's UK distributor when asking the same question.

I wasn't expecting or seeking a freebie either!
 
I had exactly the same experience with Thinktank USA when I lost a raincover a year ago. I too was amazed with their (free!) service. Great company
