I ordered a photobook for someone, nearly all pages were filled with a single A4 image.
when it arrived some of the pages had the image printed small three times along the top row of the page.
I emailed them and within 24 hours a new book had been ordered and the client may keep the faulty one (thats still a decent book) as good will. The assistant that emailed back was very helpful, friendly and apologetic(sp).
so they cocked it up but worked hard to put it right with the minimum of fuss.
would recommend them.
