thought I was banned

I could not get onto this site said my IP address was banned. What the hell did I do wrong???? answer nothing. The reason was I was using" tunnelbear "platform to access my online photo. This is one way to still get access to the Imgur photo storage site abroad since the UK blocked everything. I forgot to disconnect "tunnelbear" first .
