Search the app store for a barcode scanner

Just do a search in the iTunes app store for a QR code reader. There's probably tons around, some of them free.

I can't recommend one as I've never really used them, but this should give you a starting point.

I have Qrafter. Used to be able to create them as well but looks like they have changed it so you have to now purchase the pro version (£1.99) to do this. Works well at just scanning them though.

I use 'mobiletag' on my WP7, and it's easily the best one I've used.. I'm pretty certain they do an iphone version
