This years Bird Cam

Cheers - we can do West without the crap falling on paths, conservatory, cars etc.! Possibly a bit late for this year but can have one up for next.

Actually, THIS suggests North/East which will mean a little reorganization of shelves (to help them avoid the falling "rain") but would put the box where we can see it from the conservatory. Will get a box built soon then leave it out to weather for the rest of the year.

Cheers for the inspiration. Won't be camming ours up, just watching with Mk 1 eyeballs and the occasional lens from outside.
 
Started hatching, going to call the first one "Charlotte"... :D

All Dead, Woodpecker hammered its way into the nest box & pulled the nest out.

Tomorrow I've got the delightful job of clearing out the box :(

I'll have to replace the front for next year, I'll probably put a metal plate inside for extra protection
