What a naff theme to have!!

Its so bloody broad I dont even know where to start. I mean I can have my own style in there, but thats basically what I did in my "Show your style" one :bang:

Anyone else taking there GCSE Photography this year?

Cos I am really narked off about this theme!

Anyways enough of my rant!

That sounds quite hard... I did it in 2007 and i had the word Wraps which was hard enough...

I wish Photography was an option in GCSE for me :(

Dont think about it too much, it will come to you out of nowhere :)
 
I absolutley hate analytical work ¬.¬ but there yhou go. Still I am not happy with this them, even though were doing structured lessons for 8 weeks while everyone prepares for the exam. So I should actually get this sketchbook finished.

I'm doing GCSEs through the National Extension College, I don't think they do photography though :(

Maybe you should interpret it as 'possession'. People clinging to things, locking things up, chained birds being admired? stuffed animals? or 'individuality', people dressing unusually, doing farfetched things. just a few ideas. It sounds like a **** theme :/ Good luck with it! :thumbs:

Thats quite scary, cos my teacher had said exactly the same as you have o.O
 
You could consider your place in the world, your relationships????? Sometimes people in your life matter more than the stuff in it, it's replaceable, stuff can be sentimental eg grannies locket etc?????????????

I have an end of term assignment which is based around 'self' which could be the same thing as I, me, Mine.
Some f our ideas are Personality, Hobbies and interests, daily living, neighbourhood, family.

I have chosen to do daily living/ neighbourhood and am photographing things/places that i see on my drive to work. Quite handy for me as my drive to work is along Brighton seafront so that includes the palace pier, the west pier and some old beach front buildings :D
 
I might nab that idea and photography my cycle ride to school :thumbs:

I was very very lucky in the lesson yesterday though, we did a photography called David Hilliard who is a triptych artist type person, but does others.

I smiled to myself thinking what irony that I have just done a triptych competition :lol:
 
If I was marking I would want to see you or e.g. your hands with family, friends, possessions, symbols of your achievements.

Holding a snap with your reflection in a mirror in the background, perhaps?
