Just Watford v Coventry for me this weekend.
 
Sunny Scunny with SKP tomorrow and Wigan on sunday to (hopefully) see the pie munchers win the league shield :D

Away with Sleaford Town in the FA Cup Vs Holbrook tommorow for three papers (big local news this) and then off to a local village to cover my first non sporting paid work for a paper..... A Village fair! The joys :P Oh and then Boston United away in Hinckley on Monday night :D

Have you had any showing from Rugby Andy? Seems a waste to me... I got lots of rugby papers published (that has dried up now) but newspapers never :(

Not yet but its only in the last 2-3 games i've had anything that would be worth publishing :lol: its been a slow progress and came close to jacking in the Rugby but starting to get results :)

Rugby is a slow burn for me as it's another string to my bow for approaching the bigger agencies.

Got a choice of a couple of Union friendlies on Saturday, then nothing Sunday, as I'm at the football.

Will probably end up at Thornensians vs Doncaster Phoenix and spend most of the afternoon nattering.
 
Through to Edinburgh today for rugby league, to see if Scotland can clinch the home nations championship. (no, this isn't the top level of the sport)
American football on Sunday. Both the teams I've been shooting for have games, and they're sharing the refereeing team, so it's one game after another.

I'm shooting a South London Alliance team this afternoon playing my Dad and Grandad's old football team - Horton Kirby (who are Kent League) and tomorrow morning I'm shooting a Woolwich and Eltham Alliance team playing Horton Kirby's Sunday side!!!

For me it's really quite amusing that I'm about 5 miles away from Horton Kirby and 17 miles from my London teams
 
I'm off to Sunny Swansea today for Swansea City v Preston NE.

We do the photos for the programme at PNE so actually, if anyone could grab me a copy at their next home game, that'd be grand!

I could have then said i was doing 2 rugby league games and on the Weds i was going to the Wales Luxembourg friendly.:thumbs:
This week i'm back at the day job and not covering anything, cant get the time off:bang:

School dinners appear to have made a return in Swansea...all that's missing is the plastic one-piece tray.
 
I don't think anyone went in the photo room at the reebok during half time today maybe the steward and one other guy.

Not a good start for Wigan, but a few goals to make it worthwhile. And I would imagine Blackpool action pics will have a value today. ;)

Well for the 2nd game in a week, I got a proper soaking at Stamford Bridge today! not a happy chappy, esp as Chelsea won 6-0! not good!

Yeah the other lads at the agency said it was cracking the flags in the North West! Wouldn't mind all last season I got tipped on once! So doubled that tally already! So if anyone is doing Arsenal V Blackpool next weekend bring your rain gear as I'll be there lol!

I've been rained heavily twice since Jan. I bought some hand towels to throw in my bag from Asda in February to dry things down... didn't use them until a Preston pre-season game a couple of weeks back!

Snowed on is another matter... if there is snow about, it means my game will be cancelled. My misfortune with snow is well documented..!

Top stuff mate...do they have a fairly good spread in them?

Noticed the News of the World online have 2 of mine...one from yesterday and one from a game in FEB! Plus the Daily Fail have one of mine too. Best go and check the papers...AGAIN!

I'm not boasting, but I've never had so many shows from so few games. And that's with ALL the agencies I've worked for.:D

Normally 2-3 pages i think

Only seen 2 usages from Norwich game, one from your employers online and an old stock shot in one of the papers. Not holding much hope for tomorrow but at least i got paid for the commission so nationals will be a bonus

Did you get the Fergie JR shots yesterday? ive got all the sunday papers on the living room floor and saw a couple of him
 
After getting soaked in northampton yesterday its back to cricket today... did my first game for a monday paper and had to wire from the match as it was in west yorkshire. (Bacon butty and cup of coffeee while sorting and sending pics from ground.. cant beat it) ..

Did my second game from lancashire yorkshire border and they are for a weekly paper so will sort and send later...and as i have to pass my house I have come home for a brew before getting to third game for second innings.. should be home for around 7-7.30 pm .. sort and upload pics then thats my weekend done by about 9pm. 3 games, three different papers :)

Got a drenching at Oxford United v Bury yesterday, but the 3 points made it worthwhile! Glad I took my golf umbrella with me, taped it to my monopod and my camera was bone dry. I love grounds that have ends with no stands!
 
I've begun to doubt if the game I was at actually took place yesterday as there was next-to-no coverage in the papers. Darn. Fingers crossed for tomorrow's editions. I've got some nice shots of the Coventry keeper with blood pouring out of his head.

I get the same on occasion Andy, mainly because the Welsh clubs are just not covered in the English editions...but I can never be arsed to pick up the Welsh editions.
 
Yeah - such is life. Good work with yours by the way. We should have a "how many published" thread - one post each that we update during the season. I think you might win, what with your big agency and all. Actually, Kipax might be the winner as he's on a roll these days too. It'd be a good laugh anyway.
