Yeah had a better look now, there seems to be some yellow toning done on them also!

This preset gives you that yellowish, washed out look that is all the hype these days.

I'd say there was a bit of playing around with the curves, theres a hint of a cross process type effect almost. Have a look on google for cross process actions you chould find something similar.
