Thinking of trading my olympus em1 for em10 ii

Kinda really miss the feel of my old em10ii (which I sold to my son after getting a silver em1) so thinking of trading the em1 for another talk me out of it lol.

Just find the em1 a bit in your face fot street work which is why I went m4/3.

Unless you need the better AF then the EM10 is a great option, I loved mine because of its simplicity.

Using an em10 mk1today as took it in px against my mkii when I got the em1 but prefer the mkii

I have the em5 Mkii, I love the camera but I have fairly large hands. I use mainly primes and to this end am looking at obtaining the 75mm and have been told that the 12-40mm pro lens it a lovely lens to have. I would like to specialise in portraiture and enjoy street photography.

Mr Baker what about the mkii do you prefer?i agree fir street the smaller discreet em10 looks a better option.

I have fairly large large hands and the buttons on the em1 are easier to use than the em5 I had for sure.

going to be a em1 in the classifieds in a bit ;-) the em1 is a lovely camera the em10ii is also a lovely camera as mentioned I would try one in your own hands as to me the em1 is a lot better for myself

I love the heavier knurling on the dials and the power switch and evf,the mk1 is ok apart from the dials and I actually prefer the playback button on the mk1

I had the 12-40mm but sold it in favour of primes and I won't go back, there is something magical about them.

I spent a few hours with the mk1 em10 yesterday and think I will keep it I'm going to sell the em1 and get a 2nd em10 as they seem to be really cheap at the moment.
