Thinking of buying Sigma?

Ive got 2 sigmas the 10-20 and the 150-500 both i'm very happy with. BUT i just purhased their 70-200 f2.8 EX, recieved on Friday actually and winging its way back to the seller as of midday today. When i tried the lens on Friday the picture quality was very poor, so i tried it out on a focus test chart and they showed that the lens front focussed, so back its gone. Very disappointed to say the least.:shake: I thought EX was a pro quality lens too.

are you getting another one len,or going for the canon version :shrug: :naughty:
 
Thought I'd reply with a positive to balance things a bit :)
I've got 2 Sigma lenses the 105 and 150 macro's really pleased with them no problems at all, great image quality and they get used a lot in the summer

edit could be the best lens i own
 
i have the 18-200 optical stabalised lens and i am happy so far except for a slight fron focus problem that i noticed tonight and i mean slight its still better than me kit lens
