Thinking of a Manfrotto 190XPROB what head?

Hello

I'm thinking of getting the Manfrotto 190XPROB but I don't know what head to go for. I want something for multipurpose shooting as I want to use it for as much as possible.

Can anyone recommend a head please?

that ball that woodsy uses, forgotten what its number is, got my eye on one as a 460mg is crap

I've got the 488 RC2 ball head on mine.
I like it a lot, very stable with everything I can attach to it (d300s, grip, 150-500mm lens, flash) and still locks and stays in any position.
I've had the pan and tilt heads and didn't get on with them so well.

I use the 410 Junior geared head. Heavy and slow but perfect for Landsapes
