Thin spot healing tool - HELP!!

Hi

Been doing a tutorial on beauty retouching which is great but the chap keeps using a long thin spot healing and healing brush tool (for eliminating stray hairs). I can't change my brush at all (I'm aware of how to do it with other tools).

I'm using CS5 - anyone know how to do this?/ Get this tool?

In the drop down box change the roundness setting to something like 5% instead of a 100$ you'll get a thin brush, you can turn it with angle.
