Also the Police rang me today and Cadbury are going through the CCTV

Sorry to hear about your gear being stolen. I worry about this a lot myself. I have a Kata backpack and all the zips are easily accessible to nefarious types. To put my mind at ease when going into crowded places I always put it's rain jacket on. It is a pain in the backside to get things out myself that way but as they have velcro on them I stand a better chance of hearing someone messing around behind me and turning around.
