Looking at the books that customers also bought it strikes me that.

1. There's a lot of sad people about.

and

2. There's a lot of people cashing in on the royal wedding.

Now how does one go about getting a book published?

On amazon you can view a few of the pages before you buy, big mistake in this instance. I'm already sick of the royal wedding god knows how they must feel.
