Just got around to watching Roger Waters's Live in Berlin version and am wondering if there are any "real" concert DVDs from the tour that either originally supported the album or later, with as many of the band as possible performing on it. I've read a few things about a recent performance in the O2 arena but can't find any mention of it being available. Anyone able to help?

I went to the O2 concert a few years ago and have been waiting for it to come out. Apparently this is it but its an amalgamation of all the dates interspersed with "documentary" sections of Rodge getting all deep Its probably got the version of Comfortably Numb that Gilmour turned up for.

.

just watched that last week it's very good

comfortably numb is performed live within the show

others of the pink floyd ilk that i like is pulse which i originally had on VHS tape and waited years for it to turn up on DVD with promised extras, as soon as it was released i bought it ( not too sure on the promised extras though )
another one is david gilmour remember that night, not strictly floyd but very good just the same and now on blu-ray which might have me reaching for my wallet again :)

There's some clips on YouTube and that's as good as it gets for now. It’s rumoured that all the film of the original London concerts was of poor quality and Walters has it all he did hint in 2009 that there was more than first thought and that it could possibly see the light of day one day we can only hope.

I was there, both at the fall and returned for the concert. Fantastic memories...

Thanks all. Better suss out the youtube app on the big telly!

Not sure my brane could cope with integration like that! I can just about handle the Sky remote working the telly.

Ah yes, I Remember that Night ;)
How does the saying go?
"If you remember it you weren't there" :D

I'm really not a fan of the stuff that Gilmour is turning out now :(

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of his current stuff. Still really enjoy his playing though.

Similar to Mark Knopfler, fantastic guitarist but gone in a direction that's no longer my cup of tea.

Was probably the most spectacular "event" i've been to (I hesitate to call it a mere "concert" considering the amount of theatrical stuff that went into it... )

10th Row Earls Court, 7th August 1980... Close enough that when the Wall came down, we were convinced we were going to be under the rubble...

Jeez, now I feel old, was a steward there then :(
