The walking wounded

Ouch, hope your feeling better soon and glad it wasn't more serious. The Helmet did its job, now make sure you ditch it and get a new one as it's probably damaged inside.

beleive it or not but I have no pain on my face(yet) my black eye is annoying because its itchy and the rest of my body feels like its been run over with a steam roller,
Got Pete to run me into work,and the manager ,she was brilliant ,took one look at me and told me to go home,rest and give her a call on saturday.
