The TV series 1. Has anyone watched it on blu-ray? I was tempted to buy it off amazon but see it says it has been cut to buggery for uk release so dont bother, which is a pain. Just wondered if anyone had watched the tv series and the blu ray and could confirm/deny that its worth getting the UK release box set?

Also if you could confirm thats its not Eastenders with Zombies either would be good.

I believe the german release is uncut here

I got the US ones & season one is uncut,and can be picked at a quite good price,but is region A locked so you will need an multi region blu ray player :)

Most aren't multiplayer especially if bought in a uk high street shop. I remember with some DVD players you could input a code via the remote that unlocked regions you could possibly do the same with your bluray you would need to Google the make & model number to check

Rented series one from the local video shop. Bloody good. On the basis of that Ive splashed out on series 2 from amazon. Cheers all.
 
bluray machine should have a B on it in a hexagon or similar shape for region B, if its multiregion it will have either A B and C or a multiregion note on it or in the instructions.

its a good TV series, the last season was a slow burner but with some great moments
 
yes. I really liked it, the wife found it a bit slow but its worth it in the end.

I'm on episode five and enjoying it so far. Fairly closely follows the film, but with some interesting narratives.

Yes, sure to be. I've seen it five times so know it inside out.
 
The first half of season 4 was terrible. BORING. They effectively just sat around and moaned a lot. Second half of the season when they got back to fighting/running from zombies then it rocked.
