The Walking Dead...[CONTAINS TV SHOW SPOILERS]

Ah a Walking Dead Thread, shame it's the season finale tomorrow! I only started watching this at Christmas, and had to catch up from season 1 o_O

I don't watch TV, but this has me hooked! Gabriel has to get it tomorrow, his number is up!

Ive not read this thread for fear of "spoiler"s. but Ive enjoyed every series from 1 - 3. 4 was going well initially. At the point where they had to leave the prison, after a really superb episode, to my mind it then became very dull. Ive watched 6 or so episodes since then and still quite dull. Very disappointing. If series 5 is as bad, time I gave up on it I think. Anyone else think the last 6 or so episodes of S4 were bad?

It was quite a slow season, Keith, definitely not the best. Glad I stuck with it though to be honest. Ive really enjoyed Season 5 (looking forward to watching the 90 minute finale tonight), although there have been some slow episodes again, I think its built up nicely. Still the best thing on tele (y)

Great episode. Can believe it's finished again but at least GoT is just around the corner.

Pete didn't help himself but finally Morgan has found Rick! And has learned karate by the look of it...

Bring back The Governor :)

Am I the only one that was a little underwhelmed by least nights episode? I know it's opened up a few new story lines but I was expecting a little more oomph for a season finale.
I've been underwhelmed by the whole season, hope it improves next season or its likely to be my last.

I thought it was a fairly quiet episode too.

It will be interesting to see 'Fear the Walking Dead' in the summer.

Must admit, I was a bit disappointed, especially for a season finale.

It was much better than last week's episode. Quite a lot of tension and I was glad to see Morgan back, although quite an understated ending.

I am hankering to revisit the first few episodes.... Seems like a llloooonngggg time ago.

Cheers

We were also slightly underwhelmed here. Was expecting something 'big' to happen and it never did. Still enjoy watching them, but never get that 'can't wait to see the next episode' feeling now.

It's certainly a more subtle season finale, but there was plenty in it. I loved it!

You have Morgan back...who has turned into a ninja...but a nice ninja!

The character development of Carol is just amazing, the way she put the knife to Petes throat...O..M..G!

Action scenes at the trap set by the Wolves.

And Rick turning the peaceful governor woman in charge (forget her name!) She basically ordered Petes execution!

Oh lord was it a good season finale, so much has opened up now. Eager to learn how Morgan changed from loony tunes into this peacefully kick ass guy. What's gunna happen with the community? And you just know something is gunna throw down with these wolves!

Gunna be a long slow wait for Season 6!

Arent the wolves people who have been previously rejected by the community and then marked with the W so they know they have been rejected before.

Anyone figure out yet why the fence supports are on the outside

I dont understand this so called character development with Carol, she's been a tough b!tch since the prison, nothing to see here move along :)

i enjoyed it, and the after credits scenes were interesting, especially with the sword.

i dont think it was supposed to be an action piece this time around, it was more about the people they have had to become - Rick's speech - wondering how many of them he would have to kill to show them they were wrong being a good example, carols cold detachment but with a bright, smiley face. All good!

So, will this thread be a combined TWD and FTWD thread?

I was waiting for one of the top caste members to be killed so it worked as a teaser for me.

Glen, Abraham, Sasha. Carol, and the guy with the crossbow (old aged moment!) etc all in dicey situations

I think she has come on a lot further since the prison. I love how she now dresses like she's at a knitting club, but would kill you in a second if she had too, smile, walk away, bake cookies. o_O:D

So I assume that will be the 12th october for us here in the UK then? Really looking forward to this season. Ive got zombie withdrawals!
