The Walking Dead...[CONTAINS TV SHOW SPOILERS]

I thought he was blubbing over the girlfriend wanting to hold the baby but that would indicate a longer storyline of being torn about having kids when there are zombies around and I don't think we have Bob too much longer.

Well, not all of him anyway!

Another great apisode....I think Bob got bitten, just seemed odd that he'd start distancing himself like that. Would be a pretty ironic storyline if Gareth and his cronies had amputated bobs infected leg and eaten it!! Saving Bob and condemning themselves (if it works like that)

Yeah defo bitten and they eat his infected leg and turn.

If that is the case, will it save Bob? I cant remember how quickly Hershel had his leg amputated after being bitten...

Well you're half right. Probably by next episode we will be down to only 2 actors from The Wire. Poor Bob but you could sense something was about to happen to him.
Yeah, he seemed way too happy.

I rewatched it while my daughter was napping. Still clueless about whether he was bitten or not. Roll on next week.

I think it was a scratch and he didn't notice it till he got back to the church,a scratch take longer to affect a person :)

Ha!

He's been bitten, and it's never made clear in the book (AT THIS POINT) if eating tainted meat will affect people. The fact that everyone is infected anyway, is by-the-by.

But, if you're watching the tv show, then it's a huge spoiler for the books if you haven't read them, and if you have read then it's a huge spoiler for the TV show.

I don't see the difference.

I think its because the books are ahead of the show :)

The books are ahead of the show, but my post was about this moment in both the book & TV show. I haven't spoilt the rest of the book for anyone.

Anyway, I've amended my original quote to appease.

Thats just my guess i don't know. I reckon Bob is a gonner. Good riddance too, bit annoying isn't he?

Yeah, either way I think hes done for. Just when he was getting all kissy kissy with his missus...coincidence? Theres no place in walking dead for luvvy duvvy kissy kissy, it should all be zombies, cannibals and killing children in gardens!

Am I the only one who doesn't really like Bob? I don't like Glen either ... I find both really irritating, have done since start. TWD overall is strange like that though, there isn't many characters I actually DO like, but I like the series as a whole. I wouldn't really miss any of them if they were to go.

Nice twist though if it's what's happening, as others suggested - Bob was bitten, and now the cannibals are in for a surprise.

spoilers regarding the current UK showing are acceptable.

the US showings and comicbooks are out of bounds in this thread IMHO.

They are shown at the same time now, aren't they? Or at least within 24 hours of the US showing on AMC? And I didn't spoil anything from the books!

Boll**ck, crap, b****r, etc...I missed episode #2. How the f**k did that happen.

I'm officially in panic mode [added for drama]. Any way of legitimately watching episode #2 without paying?

Cheers.
