No
I haven't used a film camera since last year's steam fair meet up and I hadn't used one for at least a year before that. I'm moving on to other things and am quite happy for my little Fuji to satisfy my somewhat diminished photography needs.

So, keep an eye on the classifieds. ;):naughty:

I'll still be hanging around and look forward to meet ups.

Well you can always also bring along your older picture capture equipment, charcoal and paper certainly predates photography.

Although I have no wish to disparage Simon's artistic abilities (after all, I have no idea of how proficient he is) it might be that bringing a portable camera obscura and a dark cloth could be of great benefit in achieving accuracy. Or, bringing a TLR with tracing paper over the viewing screen to enable exquisite miniatures to be drawn without a dark cloth. :exit:

P.S I am watching carefully for anything that I'd like and can justify. The Rolleicord only meets the first criterion unfortunately.

I doubt there will be any LF kit so the VB is probably as close as it’s likely to get to your criteria.

I don’t think you have a tlr thus you’re missing out on being a hippy hipster lol

The vb is quite a nice little number ( I used to have one).

Be aware that a change in clothing style and a general hippy attitude to life would also have to be forthcoming if you adopt it :p:LOL:

I’d be very interested in this had I not acquired the yashica.

Damn that film went quick... Just back from my afternoon nap...

My thoughts too!

I might have been tempted with a job lot had I got in sooner….. even with taxes it would have been a good deal.

That's a shame. I've been thinking of doing the same. It's been a funny few years.

Simon, very sad to hear the news, you're contributions to the forum and competitions will be vey much missed.

It sure has.

You're too kind, but you don't get rid of me that easy. I have enough photos for the New Old Film Challenge for quite some time yet.

I didn't even know Shanghai film existed until today.

I've always enjoyed seeing your photos, you have a good eye but I guess life moves on, hope to see some from your Fuji

Sorry to hear you're hanging up your film kit but glad to hear you're still going to be around, even if it is with one of those new new-fangled digital cameras.

Also annoyed that work got in the way of bagging some film this morning :(
