I just purchased a copy of "The Strain" from Ebay and it has a problem I've never seen before.
And yes, it is a genuine copy.
I don't have a standalone DVD player, when I want to watch a DVD I simply load it into my i7 PC and watch either via Media Player or Power DVD 5.5 (yes it is old but it works fine still).
But with "The Strain" which has four episodes per disc the only 2 choices I get are to "Play All" or to watch the first episode on the disc - all the other episodes are not listed.
Even copying the Disc using AnyDVD and then trying it doesn't work - the only way to get to see all the episodes is to use Shrink 3.2 after ripping the DVD and extracting the episodes onto the HDD.
Then I can watch them - so they are there but simply not viewable.
I know a lot of you have built your own Media Centres and wondered if any of you have ever encountered anything like this at all and what, if anything, you did to get the full menus back.
