The small things in life that make it just right for you....

For me I like to have nice cotton duvet covers & they must have buttons to do them up, none of these crap fasteners that either do not do up properly or just break when you try.

When washing my duvet cover I like to do up all the buttons so that I don't end up with an unwashed solid ball bouncing around the washing machine.

So what small things in life do you have or do that makes it just right for you?
 
Actually, funny you should mention that as my duvet LOVES eating other sheets, pillowcases and even other duvets when in the tumble drier. If I don't think about fastening up the ends before putting it in the machine, I then end up with what looks like a giant gobstopper.

However, I be like this when I take my dressing gown out of the drier and put it straight on while still warm . . .

Being in a freshly made bed and getting a cuddle with the wife.
 
Top of the range(ish) bog roll, nice and soft for my bottom.
None of this economy stuff that you poke your finger through at the first attempt :D

200+ threadcount bed linen (well, Egyptian cotton!)
 
I love those 1000 thread count sheets that feel amazing. Pain in the arse to own though..
