I'm falling behind a bit. Mrs rpn just had an operation to correct her heart palpitations, have been waiting over 18 months for this appointment. Anyway, I'll busy otherwise while she is recovering at home. Will try my best to keep up when every possible.

Just had a fantastic phone call off the police, after his investigation of me he said the police will NOT be taking any further action. This officer was fantastic as he really did put me at ease, so I can now try my best to carry on and get a bit of my fitness back now.

I've no idea what this is about, and there is no need to explain either, but I'm glad it worked out for you (y)
 
Might need to play catch-up in a week or 3. I'll try to look in to check on themes and shoot them in the "proper" week but not taking anything to do any editing or posting.
