The TP 52 -2023 The sign up and chat thread Week 52 Your favourite image from 2023

Well, this afternoon I got a nice image for the theme. But, as I often do, I’ll wait til weekend and see if anything I like more comes along :)
Patent it quick, before someone else nicks your pattern.
Or have you taken up knitting? :D

I take it we're still on B&W thru March/April?
Yep, as always the tech runs for 2 months, to give every one a chance to find something, suitable, Only one image required per Tech.
Any more is purely optional .

Ah right I didn't understand that, so each weekly picture doesn't need to be B&W, just one in the 2 month window?

Yep.
Last tech was Juxtaposition, was every one of your submissions Juxtaposition? ;)

Yep.

Well I tried to make them all juxtaposition, some more so than other :)
Apologies, sticking to my usual form I didn't understand how it works, I'm well known for that :)

No need to apologise, its your challenge, interpret it as you want to.
As above, you only need to do one, per 2 months, but if you want to do more, then feel free (y)

It's with much sadness, I pass on a pm from @StuartPearson
My thoughts and condolences go out to Joan's family and friends.
RIP Joan.

With a heavy heart I need to make you aware that my fellow Falkirk Camera Club member and regular contributor to the Talk Photography forums , Joan Clarke aka scots_quine has passed away on Friday (17th March). Our members have been advised of the sad news earlier tonight by the club president.

So so sad to hear about Joan. She was very supportive of my thread during the past few years and she will be sadly missed.

RIP Joan. :(

I'll miss her too. I always looked and commented on her images in this challenge.
RIP Joan.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking,
as we prepare for take off, make sure your seat backs and trays are in the upright position.
You will note the seat belt and no smoking signs are on...
This maybe a bumpy ride ...
Don't get sucked in with Tunnel vision with this one...

Now my thinking head is on as an indoor shot should be fun.

Get yer tunnels sorted folks :)
 :naughty:

So far 25 tunnel images before mine. It takes a while to comment on every one.
So I try and pick 6+ each week.

Week 13

It should be an easy one this week,
assuming that Spring really has arrived.

Zebedee in a springkini!!!

A little late for me to join in this year I think (I used to struggle keeping up when I took part from the start!) But I plan to try and be involved again next year.

Hey Mark, there is no reason why you can't jump in now.
I saw your post in "welcome" I remember you, there is no need to start again, from scratch,
unless you want to. I assume that its a lost password, If you can remember your exact user name, I can merge both accounts.

Merged,
The sign in is per the new ( current) one, no space.
I'm not sure I can revert to the old username as the system thinks its in use.
but I can always add a "-" or "_" between the name, if you want.
Up to you.
