The TP 52 - 2025 The Sign-Up and Chat thread - Week 52 New

That's tough Dave. Sounds like the easy week was timed right.

Dagnabbit!!! I suppose an easy week will do me good. My 85 year old Mum was admitted to our local Hospice this morning. Busy, stressful and emotional times.
Sorry to hear that Dave.

Sorry to hear that Dave. Best wishes to you and your Mum.

Here we are again, another Thursday. I hope it will transport you to new realms of pleasure!

Also a new tech topic for July and August: Panorama - which can be done with a suitable specific kit, or by using a feature of your phone camera if necessary.

Ooooh transport...

Chooooo Chooooooooo.... :naughty:

Is it Thursday already? Cor Blimey!!! :runaway:

...and I'm studying the themes list for inspiration...

and found one of my favourites, not to be confused with puddings (or maybe that could be a thing?): Deserted...

Nice one :)

@john1953 I notice you've posted a couple of images into the TP 52 for 2025 thread.
You are welcome to join the challenge, but as a curtesy to everyone doing the challenge, can I ask that you follow the guidelines which are documented here.
Key to this is having your own thread so that you can receive feedback and giving your posts titles with the week number and theme name.
Welcome aboard, we don't bite ;)

Posted on wrong thread, sorry. Been away from forum for a long time , willtry to read rules.
Thanks.

Is it Thursday yet? Is it? Is it huh? Huh?

I. know, I know, a bit late...sorry to keep you waiting (Dave).
A challenge in itself this week: Portraits
could be self, could be others, could even be non-human I guess... lots of scope

Nice one ta muchly

I'm a bit behind, I am looking to catch up soon. May not be all of them at once - will see how I get on.

It seemed to me that we have a Vibrant community on TP...(ok that was a bit forced and cheesy, but...)

Hmmmmmm.... no Black & Whites then :runaway:

*Dials vibrance up to 'Eye Bleed' :naughty:

Hey all. Been busy for the past few weekends, so I apologise that I've not commented on anyone's shots (like I know you were just waiting with baited breath for my comments) but that I've also fallen behind somewhat.

Interestingly, I couldn't log in when I was away with work in Romania as I guess the whole country is banned from logging in.

I had also fallen behind too, only really just got myself up to date with it all. I wonder if folk fall behind because the weather is decent and projects like this go out of mind, as opposed to wintertime when there isn't too much to do?

I take more photos when the weather is decent!

Might be a day or so behind this week - got something in mind - I’ve tried not to get behind but the current weather isn’t conducive to anything vibrant been chucking it down every day this week!

I was contemplating whilst walking the dogs just now, and at the end of the walk every body part of me was aching from the effort (of walking not thinking!)

I dread to think, but it was one of the theme ideas that AI generated I think

Not that it really matter as I know I've shot them, but when you have a moment Tim (@LC2) I've completed STREET and PORTRAIT.

Ta.
Not quite sure how I mieed Street, added now.
I'll add Portrait when I catch the scrolls up (busy dealing with the photos from a festival I was working a couple of weeks ago, so it won't be in the next few days).

Sorry I'm rather late with the new theme folks - today was a day of contrasts weather and work-wise
