I read an article in the paper just last week about how people had been taking photos of a lady killed in an accident and posting them on twitter :|. Obviously it is wrong to assume everyone taking photos is doing that but maybe it was fresh in this woman's mind and she just didn't think twice about there possibly being a valid reason for you being there.
