Well, well, someone prominent spoke out ....inline with a psychological profile done, Islamic Jihadist are not making it with women, porn obsessed and thus literally w******s.

Oops got to admit that I'm not sure it is wise to provide such insights by the psychological profilers, especially not for someone in his position who likes to walk about and cycle without security detail.

On a more serious note, it is no surprise to me that they are profiled as insecure little boys.

Boris said that the jihadists were rejected by women. Maybe they were rejected by men.

So, how are you guys approaching this?
  • Boris to many is just a figure of fun and his words should not be taken seriously
  • Boris is a serious politician and his words are very wise and a good excuse to repeat my fears of a group of fanatics who I do not understand

Mr Johnson, 50, said: "If you look at all the psychological profiling about bombers, they typically will look at porn".

Well, in that case I am an Islamic Jihadist... along with probably around 90% of the rest of you on here (the other 10% are probably liars!!!)

Boris, bumbling bafoon but inadvertantly funny. Clown:D:D:D:D

Unless you are being sarcy Bri, you could not be more wrong. He portrays himself as some sort of bumbling buffoon, but he is far from that, he is a very clever and intelligent man.

Just by looking at porn doesn't make you an Islamic Jihadist bomber :) unless I misunderstood. :p

I've no doubt he is Oxbridge educated etc but he does not express that side of himself, he's a bit like you a total f***in' numpty. Move on fool!!!!

I wouldn't approach it in either way. Boris knows what he is doing, it is just some of us (including myself) don't get it yet.

Personally I think it is exactly a convoluted way of taking the focus away from being Muslims or Islamic Jihadists and to refer to them as just a bunch of w******s. I don't think there is much more to it than that.

I just enjoyed the straight talking, albeit rather crude.

Its a different way of saying they are criminals I suppose...

I think it includes a dig to them being w******s as well :)

Boris has just worked out the best way to present himself is as the bumbling, affable baffon. There is a very astute guy portraying that front

This somewhat reminds me of Dolly Parton saying "it costs a lot of money to look this cheap", but I'm far more interested in what Dave will have to say about his potential successor. ;)

He's a bloody oaf. The end!!

He's a tube. The trilogy is complete.

So, calling them w******s is the way to go then Boris? I can see where people get the impression that name calling is a good tool when trying to put a point across :D

Sometimes straight talking works best.

LBC talk radio switchboard was lit up tonight with people wanting to talk about it. Many agreed, many disagreed, very few remarked why he is citing a classified report ;)

who gives a toss what Boris thinks ? ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,oh maybe the jihadists :D

Given there has been a bit of a 'quiet fuss' about 'bigging them up' with titles such as terrorist and jihadists in the last few weeks, you can see Boris tapping into that and taking an opportunity to belittle instead.

I can see why people wouldn't necessarily like his public buffoonery, but don't be fooled by it, he is a very canny political operator with a brain the size of a small planet - just ask some of the more 'sensible & serious' people that have stood against him. Love him or loathe him, I am afraid he is probably going to around for a while longer.

I would like to see him become PM, just not sure enough people get him for that to become a reality.

I wonder what the profile is of someone who beheads. Those scumbags just beheaded the Japanese hostage in name of Allah. Yeah right

Absolute savages. Disgusting.

Not really that long since Toshiaki Mukai and Tsuyoshi Noda had a little competition. Doesn't excuse the recent atrocities but does make one think a little about some nations' mores in the not so distant past.

I was think that myself. I don't believe they really recognised the crimes they committed back then.

Re: Boris. He is very clever and his buffoonery is a bit of an act. It is refreshing though to see a politician who is not afraid to be direct and say what he wants. One of the things I liked and respected about people like thatcher or Benn. Total opposites but unlike the majority of today's bland plastic politicians.
